Brick Avenue Lofts

Branding, Digital & Print

Brick Avenue Lofts is a LEED Certified multifamily apartment complex in Bentonville, Arkansas.

I had the opportunity to be a part of the launch of Brick Avenue Lofts in Bentonville, AR. This was no light undertaking, and to say there were a lot of design deliverables would be a massive understatement. In order to pull of a successful launch of this magnitude, both digital and print had to work together.

We created a list of deliverables that included event flyers, email campaigns, on site signage, welcome boxes with custom designed packing tape, site maps, resident perk information pamphlets and cards, a city guide, details on every floor plan, die cut stickers, and EV parking hangtags (just to name a few).

The result was near 90% booking rate before Brick Avenue Lofts even gave out its first set of door keys. Today BAL is still one of the coolest places to live in Bentonville, despite the jaw dropping amount of development happening there in the last several years.

Bentonville City Guide

We made a lot of collateral to get this new apartment complex off on solid footing. One of the integral items that all residents received was a Bentonville City Guide. This multi-page booklet broke down all the essentials in the city, from restaurants and coffee shops, to mountain bike trails and dog groomers. All locations came with helpful info such biking time from BAL listed to the side.

Launch Party

The launch event to announce Brick Avenue Lofts to the public was quite the event. 21C Museum hosted the event, with fine catering and drinks, complete with artists.

Community Booklet

Another part of the successful onboarding of tenants at Brick Avenue Lofts was the Community Booklet. Since the complex was still under construction when most people were looking, this booklet really helped sell the vision of what life could be like at BAL.
